The impressive Grade I listed Wool Barn is set within the working farmyard of The Manor. The Wool Barn has been dated to around 1550 and is one of the most impressive timber-framed buildings of its type and date in the country. It has been the feature of the farmyard at Manor Farm for centuries.



The building comprises an open seven bay barn with mezzanine timber gallery at its west end, and an adjoining cart shed.

Recently repaired, the Wool Barn can now occasionally be hired for private functions such as weddings, parties, dinners, concerts and lectures, although it is essentially still agricultural.

The Park at Frampton is Grade I listed parkland in the splendid style of the 19th century architect “Capability” Brown. The entrance sweeps through the impressive 18th century gates to Frampton Court, which sits magnificently in the background.

The stunning parkland has fine views over the huge Court Lake, which is rich in wildlife and is dotted with swans, geese and duck, and is fringed with handsome trees.

The Park, which is still farmed by the Clifford family and is regularly grazed by sheep and horses, provides the perfect setting for wedding receptions, parties and dinners. Marquees can be sited in a beautiful secluded spot over-looking the lake, with Frampton Court behind.

For functions at the Wool Barn, the following facilities can be provided or are available for hire:

• Heaters – 5 gas patio heaters, one coal fired Bushman Burner and 2 large diesel heaters
• WCs, including disabled
• 12 trestle tables, 4 round tables and 100 stacking chairs
• Convenient car parking in the farm yard
• The romantic walled garden at The Manor for wedding photographs

For functions in The Park, the following facilities can be provided or are available for hire:

• The impressive grade 1 listed garden at Frampton Court for wedding photographs
• The private entrance into The Park through the magnificent 18th century gates
• A beautiful site for marquees over-looking the The Court Lake
• On-site car parking - including overnight parking by arrangement
