The Sitting Room The wonderful octagonal sitting room overlooks the ornamental canal, The Park and the garden with three huge windows. Alongside the comfortable sofas and armchairs are some fine pieces of period furniture. The sitting room has recently been decorated with a fabulous new wall painting by Anna Clifford, and is a blissful room in which to relax – exotic in the summer and cosy in the winter. The room has an original open fireplace, and logs from the Estate are supplied during the winter months. There is a digital television, DVD and video. return to The Orangery home page
